Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your cast iron items in their original packaging, ensuring there is enough padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
